Best grill brush I've owned April 2, 2009 Carol Svec (Raleigh, NC) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This brush truly is heavy-duty, and the curve of the handle is ergonomic. The bristles are strong, and yet flexible. I haven't even had to use the scraper part (at the top). Great buy!
Can't imagine any better October 12, 2009 Larry (Maryland) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Get's the job done. Good design, sturdy, easy to handle. Long enough to use when the grill's really hot without having to worry about burning your hand. The scrapers on the sides are an added bonus since they're designed to fit over the individual grates on Weber grills -- for burnt-on remnants, can scrape the grates clean fairly quickly and easily.
Very worthwhile purchase. Wish I had bought one sooner.
Best Grill Brush September 23, 2009 R. Moore (Alexandria, VA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This grill brush is a breeze to use. It works really well compared to the other brands that were suggested by others when I purchased my weber grill. I love it!
Use it as a Weapon or to Clean Your Grill! June 29, 2009 Rockpick (Lagrange, KY) This thing is incredibly heavy duty.
As soon as I got it out of the box, I thought to myself, "if a rouge raccoon sneaks up on me while I'm grilling, I'm lunging for this brush...". In all honesty, this thing is heavy, durable, very well designed, stylish, and features a head full of bristles that can't be compared to anything that you can find at your local 'big box' mart.
The head change out system is VERY simple and VERY efficient although, I doubt, I'll use the scouring pad very often.
As one would expect from a $25 grill brush, this thing is top quality -- from Weber, of course.
Buy it. You'll love it... now, if I can find replacement heads for this thing (because they will wear out), I'll be SET! :)
I will bludgeon you if you open that lid again. July 28, 2009 Kevin Nicholls (Milford, MI) I received this as a gift after I got my Weber Genesis S-320, and couldn't be happier with a brush.
This thing is solid, heavy, and has an excellent ergonomic design. Cleaning up the back of your grill while it's still burning is no problem. It's long enough to get there easily, and the curved handle keeps your hand far enough away from the flames to keep your hair from burning off.
I've been especially happy with the bristles. Most of the brushes I've owned will start to bend out or flatten after just a few uses, but these bristles mostly stay put. The double-sided scraper blade fits Weber's stainless steel grates like a glove, too.
Overkill? Sure. But when you add up the number of cheap-o no-name brushes you'll go through, this is actually reasonably priced (and much nicer).
